Still for Mac
Privacy policy

The short version
Still is a Mac break-reminder app. It does not require an account, show ads, include analytics, or operate a server. The app does not collect or transmit your personal information.
What stays on your Mac
Still saves your break schedule, preferences, excluded app identifiers, and up to 90 days of completed-break history on your Mac so reminders work across launches. This information is not sent to the developer.
What automatic pause checks
If you enable automatic pauses, Still checks whether a microphone input stream is active and which app is in front. It reads system activity information; it does not access, listen to, or record microphone audio. It does not save a history of the apps you use. Identifiers of apps you explicitly exclude are saved locally as a preference.
Sound and external links
Four optional soundscapes are bundled with the app and play offline. Movement guidance includes links to external health-information pages. Those pages open in your default browser only if you choose a link, and each site's own privacy policy applies.
Retention and removal
Still keeps completed-break history for up to 90 days on your Mac. It provides no cloud sync. Removing the app may leave macOS preference data on your Mac; contact support for help removing it if needed.
App Store purchases
This policy describes Still itself. Apple may process information when you purchase or download the app through the Mac App Store under Apple's own policies.
