The story

Still is a native macOS app that makes short breaks feel inviting. Independent eye, movement, and breathing reminders bring original full-screen scenery and gentle guidance to a busy workday. Optional soundscapes work offline. Still lives in the menu bar, can pause during microphone use or presentations, and leaves break history on the Mac.

It was built by Good Guys Labs as a one-time purchase: no account, subscription, analytics, or app-operated cloud service.

Sound: Optional bundled Ocean, Forest, Rain, and Soft Noise. Chimes and automatic playback off by default.
Privacy: No account or app-operated online service. Settings and up to 90 days of completed-break history remain on the Mac.
